PAYMENTS &
CANCELLATIONS:
Guests must
pre-pay one
night to
guarantee their
reservations
with the balance
due upon
arrival.
Charges are
fully refundable
if the
reservation is
cancelled 10
days prior to
stay. No
refunds will be
made for late
arrivals or
early
departures.
SPECIAL EVENT
CANCELLATIONS:
Guests must pay
in full 60 days
prior to special
event dates.
Charges are
fully
refundable,
minus one night,
if reservation
is cancelled 60
days prior to
beginning of
stay, provided
the room is
subsequently
filled. If
the room goes
unreserved, the
entire amount of
stay will be
forfeited.
A "rain check",
valid for one
year, will be
issued in the
event of
forfeiture.
