RATES & GENERAL INFORMATION

from $135.00 - $250.00  Special Events Rates: (Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, etc.) range from $150.00-$350.00 *A two-night minimum is required on weekends. Minimum stay subject to change for special events.

Check-out time is 11:00am. (special check-out times may be arranged in advance)

Check-in time is arranged on individual needs.

NON-SMOKING B&B. Smoking is allowed in the courtyard only.

Pets: Small dogs may be allowed if prior arrangements have been made.

Children: Children over the age of 12 are welcomed.

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS:

Guests must pre-pay one night to guarantee their reservations with the balance due upon arrival.  Charges are fully refundable if the reservation is cancelled 10 days prior to stay.  No refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures.

SPECIAL EVENT CANCELLATIONS:

Guests must pay in full 60 days prior to special event dates.  Charges are fully refundable, minus one night, if reservation is cancelled 60 days prior to beginning of stay, provided the room is subsequently filled.  If the room goes unreserved, the entire amount of stay will be forfeited.  A "rain check", valid for one year, will be issued in the event of forfeiture.
